It has a therapeutic effect when performing asanas.
A bolster is an oval cushion that helps with performing asanas, especially when positions are held for a longer time. Holding positions has a therapeutic effect. The bolster allows a comfortable position without strain. It can also be used for meditation and relaxation. Because of the natural materials it feels very pleasant to the touch.
At home it also goes well on your sofa and provides a backrest when reading a book or watching television.
