Delivery times

For fast and reliable delivery of your order we need your completely accurate address.

The total delivery time consists of the time required for dispatch and the transit time that the delivery service needs for delivery. We will pack the parcel and dispatch it to your address within 0-4 days (usually on the same day) after receiving your order. If the ordered items are not in our stock, we will need an additional 5-7 days for dispatch. In this case you will be notified at your e-mail address.

If the courier returns the parcel, we will enable a second delivery attempt. The second delivery is not free of charge. If you decide against a second delivery, we will refund the purchase price reduced by the delivery cost. If anything goes wrong with the delivery of your order because of an incorrect address or some other reason in the delivery process, the parcel will need up to two weeks to come back to us. During this time we will unfortunately not be able to send a replacement parcel or refund the purchase price. These situations are extremely rare.

Shipment tracking

There is no need to call or send e-mail messages. In the e-mail message “your order has been sent” you received a shipment tracking number. At the link www.semeko.si you can check where your parcel currently is.

Delivery with Posta Slovenije and consequently with the national post of the destination country is unfortunately not as trackable and fast as UPS and DHL. However, it is affordable and still extremely reliable. If you see in the tracking that the shipment has been dispatched by Posta Slovenije to your destination country, then the delivery time depends exclusively on your national post. In any case, you can ask at your local post office about the status of the delivery using your tracking number.
