Complaints

If the parcel is visibly damaged or broken glass can be heard inside it, ask the delivery service for an inspection and have them draw up a damage report. The inspection report must be signed by the delivery service.

Procedure for making a complaint:

• you must state the order number, the item and the quantity,
• you must send a photograph of the damaged parcel and item,
• you must send the inspection report signed by the delivery service,
• after we confirm the complaint, you must send the goods to the address: the exact address of the company
• you must send the parcel by registered mail with the option of tracking,
• if the parcel does not reach us, we will not be able to accept your complaint.
• after receiving the parcel, the seller will refund the purchase price to the customer in the same way as the payment was made.

Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, in the case of a distance purchase you have the right to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving them.

Requirements for returns:

• you must state the order number, the item and the quantity,
• the goods must be in their original packaging,
• the goods must be unused and undamaged, with all factory accessories,
• you must send the goods at your own expense to the address: the address of the company,
• you must send the parcel by registered mail or with the option of tracking,
• if the parcel does not reach us, we will not be able to accept your return,
• the seller will refund the purchase price to the customer within 15 days of receiving the parcel, in the same way as the payment was made.

The consumer’s cost in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The consumer also bears any compensation established by a report when returning the goods in the following cases: if the products are used or damaged, without the original packaging or with damaged original packaging.
