MEDITATION CUSHION
A cushion measuring f 32 cm with a height of 14 cm, filled with natural fillings, supports the pelvis and allows comfortable meditation or breathing exercises.
The yoga practice cushion is also suitable for simply sitting on the floor or for children’s play. The cushion supports the pelvis and allows comfortable meditation or breathing exercises. You can regulate the height of the cushion by adding or removing filling.
Construction: The cushion has an inner and an outer cover made of 100% cotton. A zip is sewn into both covers. A handle is also sewn onto the outer cover for easier carrying of the cushion.
Filling: buckwheat or spelt husks, lavender flowers
Care: The outer cover made of more resistant cotton is easily removed and washed. Both covers are washable at 60 oC.
